1. What is a blind box?
A blind box is a mystery product. You won’t know which item you’ll get until you open it. Each box contains a surprise collectible from a specific series.
2. Can I choose which item I receive?
No. All blind boxes are randomly packed, which is part of the fun and excitement.
3. Will I get duplicates if I buy multiple boxes?
Yes, it is possible. Since all items are random, receiving duplicates is part of the blind box experience.
4. Are your products authentic?
Yes! At Luckybulkbox, we only offer high-quality and authentic blind box products. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure product quality.
5. How long does shipping take?

- International: 18–25 business days
6. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund when applicable. Please note that opened blind boxes cannot be returned simply because of personal preference or receiving a duplicate item.
7. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed in transit, please allow a few extra business days as shipping carriers may experience delays. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will help investigate the shipment.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package anytime.

10.Are blind boxes suitable for children?
