Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed. We may not be able to apply a code after an order has been placed.

An automatic order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, availability, or shipment.

We may reasonably review, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, customs provisions, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Orders under $49.99: $4.99 standard shipping
• Orders of $49.99 or more: Free standard shipping

The qualifying merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit period of 10–16 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, address errors, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, product claims, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Return authorization is required before sending a product back. Packages returned without authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.

Original and return shipping costs may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, as explained in the Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Errors and Inaccuracies
