Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Intellectual Property Rights Policy
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
LuckyBulkBox respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects customers, visitors, suppliers, content providers, and other users of luckybulkbox.com (the “Site”) to do the same.
This policy explains the ownership and permitted use of Site content and provides a process for reporting suspected copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.
1. Ownership of Site Content
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, designs, product descriptions, page layouts, software, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to LuckyBulkBox and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Access to the Site does not transfer ownership of any Site content to you.
You may access and use the Site for lawful personal and non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without prior written authorization, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes
- Modify, republish, sell, license, or distribute Site materials
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Use LuckyBulkBox branding in an unauthorized or misleading manner
- Create unauthorized derivative works
- Use Site content to imply a false endorsement, partnership, or affiliation
- Scrape, download, or systematically collect Site content using automated methods
Nothing in this policy prohibits use that is expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. LuckyBulkBox Branding
The LuckyBulkBox name, logos, visual identity, page designs, slogans, and other brand elements may be owned by or licensed to the operator of the Site.
You may not use these elements in a way that:
- Creates confusion about the source of products or services
- Falsely suggests authorization or affiliation
- Impersonates LuckyBulkBox
- Misleads customers
- Damages or exploits the LuckyBulkBox brand
The presence of a brand element on the Site does not grant a license for its independent use.
3. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Site does not necessarily mean that the rights holder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with LuckyBulkBox unless expressly stated.
LuckyBulkBox does not claim ownership of valid third-party intellectual property.
4. Reporting Suspected Infringement
If you believe that content or a product listing on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, design right, patent, or other intellectual-property right, send a written complaint to:
Email: service@rtuenpalt.com
Use the following subject line:
Intellectual Property Complaint – [Name of Rights Holder]
Your complaint should include:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- The name of the individual or organization that owns the relevant right.
- Confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
- A clear description of the intellectual property you believe has been infringed.
- Evidence of ownership, such as a registration certificate, registration number, official database record, or authorized original work.
- The exact URL of every LuckyBulkBox page or product listing involved.
- Identification of the specific text, image, logo, product, or other material you believe is infringing.
- A clear explanation of how the identified material allegedly infringes your rights.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Complete and accurate information will help us review the complaint efficiently.
5. Copyright Complaints
For a copyright-related complaint, identify:
- The original copyrighted work
- The owner of that work
- Where the authorized original work can be reviewed
- The specific material on the Site that allegedly infringes the work
- The exact URL where the material appears
If the complaint involves multiple works, you may submit a representative list together with the corresponding URLs.
We may request additional information if the complaint does not provide enough detail to identify the work, verify ownership, or locate the disputed material.
6. Trademark Complaints
For a trademark-related complaint, include:
- The trademark name or image
- Registration number, if registered
- Country or jurisdiction of registration
- Classes of goods or services covered
- Name of the registered owner
- Exact Site URL where the mark appears
- Explanation of why the use is unauthorized or likely to cause confusion
Registration of a word, phrase, or image does not necessarily prohibit every use. We will consider the context and evidence before deciding what action may be appropriate.
7. Review and Response
After receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, LuckyBulkBox may:
- Acknowledge receipt
- Request additional information
- Review the identified content or listing
- Contact the relevant supplier or content provider
- Temporarily restrict disputed content
- Remove or modify content where appropriate
- Suspend or discontinue a listing
- Decline a request that is incomplete or unsupported
- Take other reasonable action required by applicable law
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee that the identified content will be removed.
Any action will depend on the information supplied, the surrounding circumstances, and applicable legal requirements.
8. Sharing Complaint Information
Where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve a complaint, we may provide the responsible supplier, seller, content provider, or other relevant party with a copy of the complaint.
This may include:
- Complainant’s name
- Contact information
- Identified rights
- Supporting documentation
- Description of the complaint
Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Response to a Complaint
If you believe content you supplied was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, contact:
Use the subject line:
Response to Intellectual Property Complaint – [Affected URL or Product]
Include:
- Your full name and contact information
- The affected URL or product listing
- An explanation of why you believe the complaint was mistaken
- Evidence that the use was authorized or otherwise lawful
- Any other information relevant to the dispute
We may forward your response to the original complainant where appropriate and legally permitted.
Submitting a response does not guarantee restoration of the content.
10. False or Misleading Complaints
Do not submit an intellectual-property complaint unless you have a genuine and reasonable basis for doing so.
A person who knowingly submits materially false or misleading information may be responsible for resulting damages, costs, or other consequences under applicable law.
If you are uncertain whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking advice from a qualified intellectual-property professional before submitting a complaint.
11. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and permitted by law, LuckyBulkBox may take action against parties who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
Such action may include:
- Removing or restricting content
- Discontinuing product listings
- Suspending supplier access
- Terminating relevant business relationships
- Restricting access to the Services
The appropriate response will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
12. No Legal Determination
LuckyBulkBox is not a court and cannot conclusively determine complex intellectual-property ownership or infringement disputes between third parties.
When a dispute cannot reasonably be resolved through our internal review, we may request:
- Additional supporting documents
- Direct communication between the parties
- Professional legal advice
- A court order
- Other legally binding documentation
Our review or removal of content does not constitute a final legal determination concerning ownership, infringement, or liability.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
